Information you give us. When you submit a form we collect your name, work email, phone number (if provided), company name and anything you tell us about your business.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters or a Facebook click ID).

• To prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand how people find us through ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may use cookies and send Meta information such as pages visited, the fact that you submitted a form and hashed (scrambled) contact details so Meta can measure ad results. Meta processes this under its own Privacy Policy.

You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM, email and hosting providers), with advertising partners as described above, or when required by law.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

Depending on your state (for example Minnesota, California, Colorado, Virginia or Texas) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or opt out of certain uses of your personal information.
